Opportunities for MBBS Graduates to Start General Practice

Are you a MBBS doctor who wants to have own clinic and own practice, but doesn’t have the finances or doesn’t want to take risk of setting up a general practice and want the benefit of both urban living and rural services?

The INCLEN Trust International is an international ‘non profit’ academic research organization with its global head quarter at New Delhi.

INCLEN is actively engaged in policy and program relevant research programs of major public health significance. As part of its strategy to develop sustainable novel health delivery packages in underserved areas; two rural populations in District Palwal (Haryana) and District Gautam Buddh Nagar (Uttar Pradesh) have been identified.

Both the rural populations are 70-80kms from Delhi and have no formally trained general practitioner in the area. Both populations have excellent connectivity with good roads and proximity to district headquarters (~25kms).

INCLEN will setup fully furnished health clinics at the rate of approximately one GP clinic per 20,000 populations in these two areas.

The incumbents, formally trained doctors (MBBS) will run these clinics with technical support and quality assurance from INCLEN. An assured monthly remuneration will be provided by INCLEN for the doctor and the support staff from the beginning. Soon after the clinic operations become financially sustainable, its ownership will be transferred to the doctor without any financial obligations.
